苏丽，讲师，英国谢菲尔德哈勒姆大学硕士。主要研究方向包括大学英语自主学习、形成性评估、教育技术辅助语言教学、跨文化交际教学及个性化教学模式。参与ELC2一流本科课程建设；主持完成“大学生英语自主学习能力培养与学习效果的实证研究”省级教改项目。参与多项关于“基于学习分析技术的大学英语自主学习和个性化教学模式研究” 以及基于Kahoot、形成性评估、整合思维、建构主义方面的大学英语自主学习与评价模式的教学改革，在《教育现代化》《教育教学论坛》等期刊发表相关论文 10 余篇。

获得汕头大学 2025 年本科教育教学成果二等奖；指导学生获“外研社·国才杯”全国英语阅读大赛广东赛区复赛二等奖、三等奖。

Su Li, instructor, holds a Master’s degree from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. Her main research areas include autonomous college English learning, formative assessment, educational technology-assisted language teaching, intercultural communication teaching, and individualized teaching models. She participated in the development of the ELC2 first-class undergraduate course and led and completed the provincial teaching reform project “An Empirical Study on the Cultivation of College Students’ Autonomous English Learning Ability and Learning Outcomes.” She has participated in multiple teaching reforms concerning “Research on Learning Analytics-Based Autonomous College English Learning, Individualized Teaching Models” and college English autonomous learning and assessment models based on Kahoot, formative assessment, integrative thinking, and constructivism. She has published more than 10 related papers in journals such as Education Modernization and Education and Teaching Forum. She won the Second Prize of Shantou University’s 2025 Undergraduate Education and Teaching Achievement Award, and guided students to win second and third prizes in the Guangdong Regional Semifinals of the “FLTRP Cup” National English Reading Contest.
